Criss Cross Check (Tic Tac Toe 2)

This was a fun project I made after I got bored of normal tic-tac-toe, in which, very quickly, both players figured out how always to tie. This adds chess-like moves but with the tic-tac-toe style of no-moving pieces where you permanently place them down on the board. You have a limited number of these 'special moves.' 

You can customize the number of moves to tweak the game to your liking. For those interested in the game, there is a proper tutorial and even a history of tic-tac-toe section.
